Mar-T is a perfect “connoisseur” of the dance scene since 1999, and brilliant resident of the legendary Amnesia (Ibiza). A temple of music that gave (and gives) to him enough experience to be able to adapt to any dance floor without any concessions. Musically he is truly eclectic, but always keeping an eye on sensual and vibrant atmospheres. Mix all aspects of electronic music with great results. It feels like a fish swimming in a stream with the tech-house music.
He is a regular of events made by promoters as Cocoon. As you should know, company and label run by the the renowned German artist Sven Väth. Mar-T released this present year on this same label productions like “Dolce Vita”. At this point, it certainly takes the cake his joining to the Music On team. Music label of another ace, the Italian Marco Carola.
Together they have developed n the Summer one of the best weekly parties of the season in Ibiza: “Music On” (every Friday night at Amnesia).
Mar-T was also winner of Best Ibiza DJ 2011 (by Ibiza DJ Awards) and runs very wisely his own label: Wow! Recordings. He has also released on other fine labels such as Hotfingers, Deeperfect, Escapism Musique and Natural Rhythm.
He just released a brand-new double CD compilation: “Amnesia Ibiza Electronica – Mixed by MAR-T”. The CD1; a super groovy and sexy compilation of tech house tracks from all over Spain. And the CD2; a wonderful journey through the dopest dance electronic music of the moment. The tracklist includes music by artists like Audiofly, Sid Le rock, Saschienne, Kasper Bjørke, Black Strobe… And another two of our roster guys: Coyu and Pablo Bolívar.
